Only having one minute is a bit.... punishing when you finally get to the challenge round. I for example just got a round where all six items were no less than 4 words each. Unless you're a human typewriter it's, kind of impossible to get all the words typed in time. Maybe extend the clock by another 30-60 seconds? It seems especially unfair towards users that might have disabilities or injuries that hinder them. (hint hint)

Yeah, I'm a good typist and I still find it hard getting it all in.

I get that it shouldn't be easy, but the challenge of the game should be in figuring out the items, not testing your typing and proofing skills. Adding a little more time wouldn't make it much easier to figure out the items, but would provide time for non-typists, and people with typing difficulties to have a chance of getting it done.
