How did you guys who played it feel about it? Without spoiling too much, I really enjoyed it a lot, I thought the designs for the monsters and the armor sets were beautiful, and the very end mission really surprised me as I didn't expect anything like it!

Also to anyone who has played it, what weapon type is your favorite? I love using the Insect Glaive a lot. Using it to vault into the air is so much fun!

I've played it, but I haven't finished the game yet. I've got a general gist of what happens though because my husband did finish the game.

Overall, I have similar thoughts. I adore the designs of the monsters. They're so beautiful and each one is very different. The maps too are beautiful. The Coral Highlands has been my favorite so far. As for the armor sets...yay and nay. I just don't care for the sets that look really skimpy on female characters because I can't get over the "that would never protect my character" thing lol. But then some other armor sets are just kind of ridiculous looking.

I haven't played it in a bit because honestly the game makes me really frustrated. The fights with the bigger monsters can take quite some time and it's really discouraging if you fail. And the game is kind of obnoxious when it comes to joining up with friends. It was annoying when my husband couldn't join my game because I had to watch a cutscene of the monster first, and then it takes him a while to finally get into my game and meet up with wherever I'm at. Idk, I really liked it at first but I haven't had the desire to get back into the game.

But I also use the Insect Glaive primarily! It's a lot of fun to vault into the air. But I also enjoy the more agile weapons as well. It's just a bummer that it's not powerful enough to like, take off a monster's tail for example. Can't have everything though.

The mobsters, and the world design are absolutely beautiful! I like that most of the monsters were very unique. My favorite weapon is the bow but I have been wanting to try out the insect glaive. I've been getting burnt out lately just because the game is getting a little too repetitive for me.

My only concern with the game is that you can be damaged while firing a sos.
