However the hp that you see is pre-battle and if you heal it's just taking your sp and not actually healing the pet during the battle and after the battle..
Well I mean, stop trying to heal your pet mid-battle :P

LOL I actually wanted to go to the BHH but the bookmark link of the healer is next to it and I clicked by accident and then I saw my pet xD I tried to heal it only to see what's going on and report it "^_^
Haha well you could file a ticket and see what the UAs think about getting your sP back xD
And I will see about making the page show a proper error message or something :)

Hey I have not been able to confirm that this error actually happens. When a pet is in a battle, it doesn't show up on the Healer page, and attempting to heal it there will result in an error message and not take your sP.
If the pet was showing up on that page, could it be that you had the page open from before starting the battle? Also, are you sure your sP was taken? If you are, please file a ticket so someone can look into your logs and see if the Healer really took the sP or if you lost it some other way. Thanks.

at this moment my pet is in a battle and it's not showing the pet in the healer page.
I can confirm that I was not on the healer page pre-battle, because I opened it in a new tab.

Yeah, what I'm saying is, I think if it was a glitch then it was one of those weird one-time flukes, and not actually a persistent error in our code. I double-checked the coding on that page and it looks to be correct, and I haven't been able to duplicate what you reported.

Yeah it seems like a one time glitch, I can keep a track on it if you want and report at the moment with screenshots :)
The ticket showed that I got sP only after a battle when when my pet had 0 hp, so it didn't take sP from me!

Ok, so what is going on is, I went to the battle, my pet was not showing in the healer BUT I gave my pet a booster of hp and then it immediately showed up in the healer! so this is why I saw it because sometimes I'm keeping my pet in a battle while doing other things and sometimes I boost it, take it out of the gym or I get a random event that gives hp.. and then the glitch happens!
Ohhh nice detective work! That explains why I couldn't get it to happen. But to clarify, even if you try to heal it at that point, it won't take your sP right? The glitch is just that it shows up in the Healer when it's not supposed to?

I can confirm, it took 3 sP from me when I healed my pet, however, there's no change with the hp in the battle, so less problem to deal with "^_^
Yes it shows up during battle and it's not suppose to and only after the pet gets hp points from boosters, RE etc.
This should (finally) be resolved!
