Hey, I've got a Pensive Muse in my Inventory. It is transformable to Boxed Set of Lessons Learned . When I try to transform, the right item is shown, but when I go back to inventory, the Pensive Muse is already there :(

You have to click on the item you want it to transform into. So click to transform, then click on the boxed set of lessons learned.
