I wanted to use one of my saved outfits, but it seems to have caused some odd layering!

In the wardrobe, it looks perfectly normal aside from a broken image (presumably the base) layered properly with the clothing, but on the rest of the site, it has the base and an odd set of eyes layered over top of all the clothing, nowhere close to where I had positioned it.

I'm on Windows 10, using Vivaldi as my browser (which is Chrome-based if memory serves.) Can provide screenshots of my Wardrobe if needed, but the main issue is pretty visible without a screenshot. aha

It looks to me like you need to drag your base layer to the bottom of of all of your worn items in the wardrobe. For some reason your base is above them. If those eyes aren't what you want I would drag the eye layer below the base layer. I hope that makes sense.

Can you screenshot what your layers look like in your wardrobe? Thanks!

Here you go!

Already is, which makes it weird! If you look in the screenshot I linked to for Bug, you can see how the layering's supposed to be.

Here's hoping!

At this point, my virus finished progressing, so theoretically removing it would fix things, but who knows. Also not keen on testing that in case Bug needs things unchanged to see what's going on. :(

Do you know what the broken image was supposed to be? (Ideally we would have an image URL, if it's still a broken image in your wardrobe maybe you could look at it?)

Also just to clarify, you are still having this issue even with your finished virus right?

Presumably the base, since the broken image is no longer, well, broken and that's the only thing that's now showing. Everything's appearing just peachy in the Wardrobe now that it's finished.

The HA doesn't appear to have caught up elsewhere, though? I've got screenshots from the Wardrobe, then my profile and the sidebar. The base is still over everything else and the eyes are still weird.

I grabbed the link for the base, but it appears to be completely empty? Unless it's pulling from somewhere else?

How strange! Could you try saving this outfit? Click "save to shared outfits" and then go to your saved outfits tab, and you can grab the saved outfit code from there. Also let me know if the saved outfit shows up correctly when you do that or if it does the same thing your HA is doing.

Go to this page: https://subeta.net/wardrobe.php#/base

Change your sex to male or female, whichever one it currently isn't. Save/wear your HA. Then change your sex back to whichever one you prefer, save/wear the HA again.

Followed your link then saved and wore each one (just in case lol) but it doesn't seem to have done anything.

I think I see what the issue is.

  1. Go to the Base tab of the wardrobe
  2. Pick a skin color for the base
  3. Select the skin color, then click "Wear" your HA.

You did not have a valid base selected. I am not sure why.
