Gallery Categories - Won't Stay Organized

I've been working on organizing one of my galleries, and I'm a little bit nuts I really want the categories to be in a certain order. We have the ability to move them around on the "Edit Categories" page, but even after moving the categories around and hitting the "edit categories" button at the bottom, nothing happens.
I have 3 test categories in my gallery and it worked. I wonder if it is a browser thing. Let me know:
- Operating system and browser (with version).
- How many categories do you have? Maybe it is a lot of categories thing,

- With some playing around, I figured it out. I had a category that had an apostrophe in it. Once I removed the apostrophe, it moved to the place I wanted it to be. On a side note, will apostrophes ever work correctly here? It's a huge pet peeve of mine... LOL
Ah ok! Yeah the problem is that with categories, the name is in the url and apostrophes don't work in urls.
