The Caramel-Topped Soft-Serve got a makeover and I want you to show me HAs using it.

Don't run off just yet! There's some base rules...

1. no background items (that means NO items on the background layer specifically)
2. no opaque fully covering the base items (at least part of the base must show through or behind any clothing/makeup/etc)
3. you have to use my base color (that's the lighter blue base)
4. you have to use the Caramel-Topped Soft-Serve and it must show at least partially

That's it. Any item (owned or unowned, site or Custom) is allowed if it's not a background.

You said no background items - just to clarify - What about foreground items that function like background items?

as long as all the other rules are followed, foreground items are totally fine!

Thanks for hosting this! I've been meaning to use more of the coloured bases. C: I used to use the white/grey ones a lot but haven't much lately.
