Er...I search an item which gives muscles to face.

I found a few items for body muscles. Coconut body oil, Attractive cologne, the muscle tonics... But nothing for the face.

It looks weird if the body is shadowed but not the face. :C

Yeah, I've wondered that myself... though idk how you'd implement it. Maybe shade in the cheekbones and jawline some more?

In all seriousness, I think there's one makeup kit that affects the eyes and cheeks in that they're made more sunken/sallow but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me.

I was playing with male HA designs in the wardrobe and remember coming across something like that too! Went back to the wardrobe just to check... Still haven't found any makeup kits yet, but there is this:

It actually adds muscles to the body and has some shading/"muscles" on the face. It is a CW, so not sure if that fits your bill?

Gonna keep looking. This is certainly something to look into!

Only thing I can think of is the Junko Energized Dramatic Makeup Case? Though that's less of 'muscle' and more of dramatic highlights/shadows, but it might do the trick.

I think that CW was made by someone who has since been frozen and I'm not sure I'm exactly allowed to point that out...
