Um... I don't see why there's supposedly going to be pop-up ads, but okay?
If anything by this article, I'm shocked at the low amount of people who use facebook :/
The world's population is 6,840,507,000, that means almost 12% of the world uses facebook :o
I will never understand the impact that facebook has on the world. I'm glad I don't have one. But, what exactly is the big deal here, other than facebook making even more money? So there will be more ads?
I personally don't see a problem with ads, if they do end up having more. Why? Because AdBlock, that's why. Really, I find it hilarious when people complain so much about there being ads... when they're so damn easy to block. There's no reason not to use an adblocker if ads bother you.
I can't see Facebook really changing all that much. At least, changing any more than they already normally do.
AdBlock is your best friend.
On that note, after enough people quit if pop up ads actually start, facebook will remove them. It's common sense. The ad revenue they'd get from popup ads won't add up to the money they get from more people viewing the non popup ads.
