As I was looking through my skin collection to see which viruses I'm missing and wanting I came across a skin called Lotus. From what I can see searching the internet it isn't a virus or a zapper skin. So how do you get the Lotus skin?

I was also wondering if Lotus and Lace are the only skins that don't come from the zapper or zombie bites?

This skin is obtainable by drinking a Lotus Vial, and works exactly like a normal zombie infection. There are others four zombie skins from vials (here is the list) and there's also the Flameo skin that is a Fireside achievement.

Does it interrupt your progress if you are already infected with an other virus? Can it be used outside of the holiday? Who is Bubbles?

It could be used only during event (you can drink it last day and it will progress after event end, but you cant drink it after event ends), you can buy it only from user shops now. Bubbles is this guy :D
