I just bought a much more expensive wearable I've been saving up for but forgot I picked Carchari for Survival and currently have no good backdrop/layering options for a good setting? I'd buy the bottled ocean environment since it's not THAT expensive, but I'm currently flat broke (like, less than 1 mil broke) and looking for alternatives in the meantime~

So, any ideas for how I can maybe layer cheaper items for a somewhat-convincing ocean look? Thankfully, I have a chum bucket, so that should go nicely, but I'm stuck on the rest...
