I have come across this issue several times now, today with two items of my own submitted items. When the items have been submitted, there is a dash in the item name.

For example, the Lovey-Dovey Sugar Cube Fabric.

However, somehow during the approval process, the dash disappears from the item name. So, when the Lovey-Dovey Sugar Cube Fabric appeared in my inventory following the approval process, it appeared as LoveyDovey Sugar Cube Fabric. I will go through and fill out a Spelling and Grammar Report Form for these items, but I wanted to let you all know that something in the approval process is causing the dashes to disappear.

I will say that it's not consistent though, as one of my items did come through with the correct dashes.

From what I recall, users who submit Custom Clothing are discouraged from using item names that require hyphenation, as they are somehow omitted by the system during the approval process. At least, I seem to remember it being a problem even back in 2014.

Weird to see that it's not consistent, though.

: hypens and dashes in an item name for CWs tend to disappear when submitting them, so if you want to have them fixed, it's best to file a ticket and ask for the hyphen to be added after the item has been approved. I've been in a similar position myself with the

- Yeah, I've been submitting one of my items almost weekly to be fixed through the spelling and grammar report form. It has yet to be fixed. Whereas another one that was supposed to have a dash was fixed immediately. Not sure what the hold-up is, but I will not be submitting anymore dashed names in the future, that's for sure!

Yeah with CWs I believe they transfer it to Jess :D

: Whoever is first assigned to you when you file a ticket can easily change it/add the hyphen for you. It doesn't need to be transferred to Jess.
