Starting today, I've been experiencing pages that seem fully loaded but are unresponsive, meaning links are not clickable, fields are not editable, and drop-down menus don't appear. It doesn't seem to matter what browser I am using, as I have experienced this in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox this morning. I think I may have figured out the culprit... something called "hits-i.iubenda.com" trying to load, which has something to do with nginx.
It seems to be especially awful on wishlist pages and my shop pages.
I'm not sure what could be causing your experience, as we haven't had any other reports nor are we able to reproduce this. We also haven't made any changes to our code (the "hits-i.iubenda.com" thing has been there for ages) that could be causing such an issue. What device and operating system are you using?

- I'm using my iMac with Sierra (v. 10.12.6) - My Mac did not like the High Sierra OS :o I haven't come across the problem in Chrome for a while now, but it was definitely a problem for a few hours this morning. If it happens again, I'll ping you or comment you about it.
It could have just been a temporary fluke with your wifi connection, or some other software on your computer (If it was only happening for a few hours this morning)

- I've narrowed down this problem to only occur when I am trying to do things in my shop (pricing, viewing different categories, sorting, etc.). Everything just really lags for some reason. It causes any other open Subeta tabs to then freeze while it works through whatever it's doing.
Has this specific problem been an issue for you lately?

- I switched browsers because of it, so I’m not sure. It was definitely a problem in both Chrome and Safari, but not Firefox. I can switch back to those other two tonight when I get home though and send you a follow-up.
It's all right if you've found a workaround. I have never been able to reproduce it so I don't know how much I could help. It did sound like it has to do with lag (like the page freezing because of loading things?) I would just make sure your browsers are up-to-date, and maybe check your extensions to make sure you don't have any random extensions that may be adding stress to those pages.

Is this still a problem for you?

- Yes, this is still a problem. I can only use Firefox for organizing my wishlist and working in my shops. All of my browsers are updated, with no add-ons. I've upgraded to High Sierra and had a new stick of RAM installed. Still having a problem in Safari. I can't say if Chrome is a problem or not because I totally dumped that off my computer.
and
I've been experiencing the same problem on Chrome.
Anytime I get a Dashboard Notification that I have Shop purchases, I click on the link and it just keeps cycling and hanging. I have to click on "My Shops" and then click on "Profits" to access my purchase profits.
The same thing happens once I click on the "Sales History" link once I'm in my shop. That one will load, but it takes a loooong time.
I have firefox ESR and just today have been really lagging. Sorry I haven't attributed it to a specific area except one...the particular notable area was doing a search for a person because I wanted to leave her some mail, circle and circle her profile but would never show me anything but a blank page even though said that I was on the page.
I'm still getting random blank or mostly blank pages. So far it's been when turning in items to Shinwa.
Happening while questing too - Saggi and others.
RIP Mom, I love & miss you more than you know. Tell Dede hi.
Ocean Conservation Namibia on YouTube... they do good work! https://www.ocnamibia.org
Are you guys still seeing this regularly?
~ Not with most of the pages...still a slight lag to get the "Sales History" from my shop to load. But all in all things are much better.
Thanks very much for asking! 😸

- I haven't had any problems similar to what I experienced in ages. From my end, you can consider this closed and resolved.
