Wardrobe items not loading

Maybe I'm crazy and I messed with something but for a few weeks now the items in my wardrobe will not load on my phone which is the only way I can get online. I can change outfits, mess with my base and even look at items I don't own but my specific items don't show up. Can someone help me fix it?

When you say they won't load, do you mean that it gets stuck on the "Loading..." screen, or simply shows no items?
Have you tried clicking "Toggle" to toggle the search filters? The item results show up beneath them on mobile so you need to toggle the filters to give them space.
If that doesn't work, could you share a screenshot of what your search filters look like? Make sure you don't accidentally have a layer or drawer selected unintentionally!

Thank you for replying! I finally got them to load by pressing toggle, yes. I don't remember having to do that previously though. It does often get stuck on the loading screen but I imagine that's mainly do to lag and my horrible phone internet.
So now I can see my items when I toggle but only then. If that's normal on mobile now then that's fine! If not I can screenshot what it looks like to show you.
