My profile is giving me a 504 error, only my profile.I can't edit it, can't view it.And when I go to custom CSS under my dashboard, its empty even though I had a layout.I can view everyone else's profiles and everything else on the site.I tried clearing my cache and temp files and I tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge and IE.Can't access anything in my profile at all.

Ok thank you, I wasn't sure if I needed to post in the bugs forum or not.

The general rule is that if it seems to be an individual problem (like in this case) or something that is dangerous, make a ticket. There are a few exceptions but that is easy to remember.
