i know this question comes again and again, and i really hope that one day we get a butto to delet the mess we get. i must open 2 wind, to read, select and delete what i no need, cause we no have a button to delete direct. it would be much easier... we can only read, why not a button to delete?

If you are talking about smail, you can delete them. When you go to your inbox there is a check box to the left of every message. Select the ones you want to delete and scroll down to the bottom where it says delete. Select it and then click complete actions

I could be wrong (blame it on a lack of sleep), but I think the OP is meaning a delete button direct from the sMail itself as at the moment, we have to

• open the sMail to check it's one we want to delete
• go back to the main sMail page and remember which one you wanted to remove (especially confusing if you have those old CSC discounts, or multiple sMails with identical subjects - I'm guilty of never using different subject titles and never know offhand which "cw" sMail I need to keep and which should be deleted :P)
• click the checkbox and select delete

A little "delete" button next to "reply" on the individual sMails would cut down a lot of those clicks

If that isn't what the OP is asking for, then please just ignore me ;)

.. good that one of us speak correct english :) ... this is what i mean, a button if the mail is open... i have up to 50 mails and if i wanna delete i have to read every single one and than remove, is a long time job...

Ahhh ok yeah I am in favor of that. It is not your fault. I am glad you are practicing and trying to communicate on the boards. For a button to delete on the same page as when you open to read it would be nice.

Honestly, the sMail system as a whole could probably use an overhaul. Hopefully it's something that is on the list of things to get around to eventually, since other recent functionality updates have been really nice.

I would hugely love a delete button right in the smail. I keep stuff that I don't need to because of the back and forth issue. When my box is full, I'll just checkmark a bunch of stuff and move it to another folder to deal with later, but never get around to actually doing so.

A button right in the smail would definitely encourage me to delete crap I no longer need.
