I'm hoping to purchase a USD or CSC commission of a specific type of bird (a princess parrot) perched atop the head of my good friend, probably from the friend's eyes up. I will provide reference images of both. I think it will be okay with a simple single color background unless you have any ideas for something more specific.

Please link your art thread or portfolio with examples - preferably with examples of birds included, since that's the important part - or feel free to recommend any friends onsite or off who you think might be interested in taking this on. I'm also open to private messages if you're too shy to post here!

This is an important project to me, so I'm open to a wide range of rates. I'm also happy to pay a rush fee to anybody who is willing to offer a priority slot. Any pre-pay requirements you might have are a-ok too, especially if you have a strong reputation here in the art market.
