Hi there! My friend who lives in Florida is messaging me on facebook to say that she hasn't been able to log in on subeta since the day before yesterday. She has tried resetting her password 3 times and each time it says that it accepts the new password, but when she goes to log in, it says her password is incorrect. Before resetting the password, it's important to note that her browser was set to remember her password for subeta, so it shouldn't have been wrong in the first place. She told me she emailed staff (I had advised her on resetting her password and emailing staff prior to this post I'm making here) but hasn't gotten a response yet. I introduced her to subeta and got her hooked on this site, so I feel really bad that she's having this login error. I don't want it to kill her enthusiasm for being here.

Is there an issue going on currently with logging in or changing your password at the moment? I didn't see anything but I wanted to let this be known. Last note: she never logged out to begin with so the site basically booted her out, but her account clearly isn't frozen and she hasn't broken any rules that would even temporarily ban her (pidgie is a good birb)

I'm having issues with my computer at the moment (windows 10, unable to update) and the cookies weren't deleting properly. I think this was the issue, but I've managed to bypass this and get back into my account. ;///v///;
