The ability to delete/hide/erase certain foods eaten by a pet or books read by a pet could be helpful for certain pets you accidentally feed something to or who's back stories have changed.

For instance, there could be a Forget-Me-Fruit or something like that that let's your pet forget one book read or food eaten.

Or there could be the option of hiding the books/foods that don't really appeal to your pet's story.

Or just a simple way to forget they ate/read it all together, like a delete button and a 'Are you sure you want to forget this book/food?' pop up just in case. Maybe also a way to quick erase like a quick stock or something
