So.
I've been on Subeta a long time, but more on and off than I'd like. Well, my life finally settled down enough that I can put this nine year hobby into motion :) I suck at computers, so I thought I would take it slow and try to figure out how to code a cool layout. I source grabbed a profile of an inactive user so I could play with the code (I had no intentions of take their work, I was just using it as a skeleton to try and figure stuff out--I didn't realize things like subeta lodge existed, and this was how I taught myself in ye olden days of neopets, lol).
But! I'm an idiot, and put my experimental code in my custom CSS box, and not my profile, and now I can't delete it! :( Even when I delete it and then 'update/save', it just refreshes back. The site is brokenish for me now, it's hard to search for stuff and I feel really, really stupid. I filed a ticket, and I'm hoping they can help me (and realize I wasn't trying to do anything shady, just learn!) but it's making the site hard to play. How do I reset custom css?? Anyone?
Thanks in advance--and so, so sorry I'm so stupid ;_;
that sounds awful. It shouldn't replace itself after you hit the update/save button. The only thing I can suggest is to delete the current code, then be sure to add some code back, and see if that prevents it from reverting.
So, replace the current code with:
.wishlist{border:3px solid blue;}
I doubt it will work, but its the only thing I can suggest. My guess is something in the profile code managed to disable the update button.
