Hello all! I'm buying art of my female king cheetah fursona, Shetani! (Image links to her reference page)

I'm looking for everything from small simple stuff to full pieces with backgrounds. Couple art, too! The other character would be Mika, a female rat. (I like to mention this beforehand as some artists will only draw felines and canines.) Please just be proficient at (or at least comfortable) drawing anthro/furry characters. I'm not fond of anthros that have humanoid faces or look very anime-esque.

I have 200 mil+ sP and 2000 CSC to spend. I can also buy you stuff from the Wiz/Frag shops, Subeautique, specialty/holiday shops, etc. if you're interested in that. I haven't bought art on Subeta in aaaaaages so I'm not sure where the market's at.
