I was trying my hand at the animal wearables chance machine and twice when I pushed the button I got an error message;

SQL Error INSERT INTO user_items (id,userid,itemid) VALUES (",195870,)

It was the same error both times, and in checking my inventory there was no item there, but the CSC's had been taken. (I'll be opening a ticket for that next, if that's the right procedure?)
