Your style is super, super cute. For pricing, I always find that tracking your hours spent on an image is always the best way to go, and assigning yourself an hourly rate to see how much you SHOULD be getting paid (and $10/hr at least, if not more!)

But for some bases prices in USD, let's see.... for the doodle, I'd pay $10; unedited lineart $15-20 (depending on detail); edited lineart $20-25; base color $35-40 (again, based on detail); shaded $40-45; and full pic $45-50. As the pic expands to either full body or including a background, I'd add another $10-15 on top of that!

These are just rough prices based on what I've seen other pay charge for drawings of similar style and detail :) I hope this helps! Pricing can be super difficult.
