Just a few quick little ideas for pet colors!

Albino: completely white, with no markings whatsoever. Eyes would be a pinkish or bluish color (I'll leave that choice open, but they'd look pale). Horns/claws/other hard keratin-like things would be a very pale pink.

Leucistic: White basecoat and pale pink keratin structures, but this time, the eyes stay normal for the species and the markings can appear as faint/pale versions of the normal markings

Melanistic: This time, the animal is completely black. If the pet has dark/black markings those MIGHT faintly show as melanism can have degrees of darkness (again, artists' choice). The eye colors are normal to the regular pets'.

Since these colors are all technically genetic mutations, I was thinking maybe there could be an option in the pet zapper. Or maybe, one of these colors could just be a chance outcome of the zapper that's already in place!

The first two sound way too close to Arid imo. And tbh the last one sounds a lot like Twilight.

I hate to be one of those people that says "get an overlay" but I don't think these have enough variation from existing colors to warrant being made.

The first two sound not just like arid, but also glacier, and the last is both twilight and nightmare. And spectrum and blacklight, if you want to be pedantic.

ya I have to agree with others that these would be way too similar to existing colors X: you could so easily just recolor any of the ones that have been mentioned to be those exact things so im on the 'get an overlay' side

I was thinking they'd be more like experiments/mutations, but I suppose there are similarities. I suppose it is up to the artists now
