The drag and drop sidebar widgets, in my experience, has been more trouble than they've ever been worth. Whenever I'm on mobile, I try to click something within the widgets (Melody's Cottage, for example), but end up moving the entire widget instead. It ends up getting them all out of order, and I'm not really sure why I bother trying to put them back in their original order anymore since I just end up messing it up again. I'm sure there's some who find the feature useful, so I'd love, love, love for there to be an option to simply disable this feature on the sidebar and have an option to organize them on a separate page. :(

Honestly yeah, I keep doing this on my iPad by accident and it was really confusing until I noticed I'd moved some widgets without realising. I'd love a toggle if possible.

I'd love if they were locked in place! Nowadays 90% of my actual using of the site is from mobile, and it drives me crazy how often I end up shuffling the widgets around.

Oh yes please! I'm also using a touch device most of the time, and I tend to move things by accident. It would be lovely to have a toggle for locking them.

A way to lock the widget order would be awesome.

But afaik the new layout is moving away from them (why tho? customizing options = GOOD), so I'm not sure how much mileage the option would get. ._.

Chrome and my mouse together seem predisposed to drag and drop stuff. I would like to be able to suppress that for widgets even though I am not mobile.

I support this, I do this all the time, and it's so frustrating to fix it only to mess it up again.

I don't use mobile devices, but can understand how frustrating it would be. However, I'd really want it to be optional to lock them into place because I regularly change the order of my widgets and enjoy the current functionality.

I keep rearranging these by accident. I'd love a lock option.
