I'm awful at HAs since normally I just use my balloon companion, but I've made one based on a monster girl from Twin Peaks... and since I don't do much with face items, I can't find the right mouth for her :( She has a big ol' gaping black mouth that takes up nearly half her face :P Here are some reference pics. Oh, I thought you just wanted open mouths until I looked at the reference. :O

There's a makeup kit that makes the entire face a hole, but otherwise the closest I can think of is this...

Everything else is that comes to mind is just a normal mouth but open.

Haha yeah, she's got quite the mouth on her :P And I do actually have the hole-for-a-face makeup kit in the TC of the pet based on the character because she takes her face off at one point, lol.
