I would like to suggest a very small improvement to forum navigation. At the top of every page in the forums, you see something like this:
I would love to see this at the bottom of every forum page as well. Save us from the scrolling!
I fully support this idea!

Yes please! I want stuff on the bottom everywhere - like the item directory for example. I hate scrolling to the bottom of the page, only to end up having to scroll back to the top when I'm done.

Added a "Back to Top" button at the bottom of forum topics.
