Or even a more hearty filtering system for the shop search?

Honestly, I just want to be able to get random suggestions for items that aren't CWs. If I'm looking for a random (edible) cookie, I get a little frustrated when 80% of my suggestions are "Cookies and Cream" wigs hahaha. I could see exclusion filters for items that aren't restockable, or are no longer available, etc, as well!

Would like a checkbox for CW searches in shop search. :'|

I have CW images adblocked because the trades got really cluttered and confusing for me, it'd be real nice to have some filter options for those of us who aren't really into the CW part of the site.

If that's not possible, a better way to search for stuff in the Item Directory would also be nice! For users who don't want to go offsite to comb through Subeta's items.

In the meantime, you could use Subetalodge's search option and filter the rarity from 1 to 199?

Yes, subetalodge is very handy, but sometimes I just want the ease of staying onsite. I love CWs, but sometimes that's just not what I'm looking for. I really think a better search function overall would be the best option, but I do realize that would be a much bigger undertaking.

Yeah, I completely agree and I understand not always wanting to go off-site, as handy as Subetalodge is.

I fully support a more detailed search option, if not for shop search, then for the item directory. Because it would just be really fun to be able to comb through all those items without depending on Subetalodge.

@Cresenta Sorry for pinging kinda randomly (you all seem fairly active on the site, and I was hoping you might have an opinion!), but what do you guys think? Could the shop search be better?

Agreed, the item directory needs some kind of sorting. It's bananas!

No worries, great topic!

It would be nice to be able to have search categories... such as "edibles", "wearables", etc. Some sort of advanced search option.

It would be a large undertaking, but it would be something many people would use!

Oh, I like this. If there could be just a button click to exclude cws even that would be helpful I'm sure.

I honestly would not mind having the option to not search cw's maybe. just have it be a little check box kinda thing, like in the wardrobe.

This would be super useful. I like seeing cws but sometimes too much is too much.

Full support! This has been bothering me for ages! For example for gifting purposes, I want to find a variety of dresses for a newbie, but seeing a truckload of CW ones in between, slows things down enormously!

It doesn't have to exclude a lot of things (I wouldn't want the search page to get cluttered either), but just a small checkbox for CW's or not, would mean a world of difference already.

Yeah, I use subetaLodge a lot, but agree that it would be helpful to have some search options/features right onsite.

Though I still like the simplicity and ease of use of the regular search that is linked to via Quests - if this were done, I'd prefer it to be a whole new search feature, an "advanced search" type of thing.
