Hello.

I have three shops. They appear on my user profile, but when I try to send an item from my inventory to one, none of my shops show up. Also, I had items in all three, but everything is gone now.

Could anyone help me out with this issue?

Shops were overhauled and changed to a new system last year. Items still in your shops can still be sold if they're priced, but you won't be able to add new items to your old shops. If you want to add items to a shop, you'll have to create new ones first. You can also move the items from your old shops to your new ones afterwards (although you don't have to rush to do this, there isn't a deadline for it or anything).

I made a new gallery, but there are no items in my old gallery for me to transfer across?

Have you tried visiting your old gallery through the drop down in the Commerce tab (by hovering over the Your Shops line)? It will have a triangle icon next to the name, but it should let you view it from there as well. If you still don't see any items but you were pretty sure you had items in there when you left, I would suggest filing a ticket so an admin can look into it for you.

Unless you're sure, maybe you emptied it last time you were here and don't remember?
