Several years ago I commissioned an artist to draw me something. I scanned it but was never able to get anyone to do a line art of it. I'm now wanting a new profile with this picture as the background, but I need help as it's still just scanned and not digital as I would like it. Does anyone do line art like this? I will pay for your troubles!

I can help you but I believe most of the artists will require a permission from the original artist to line it

Unfortunately, he signed it only as Mike 2010, so I can't even find him on Deviantart or something to ask for permission. It's my character, however, he drew it for me (and now I wish he would have done a digital copy instead of drawing it by hand for me).

But if you don't have photoshop there are a bunch out there who do without it. I just showed you this one because it's the one I used to get my art digital.
