<p>My drawings always come with a simple background & simple animation, typically just blinking, or bobbing up and down. I try to get drawings done within a week or less, two weeks at most.</p>
<p>You do not have to pay until I finish your drawing and send you a marked-up, scaled-down preview. Once I receive payment, you will get a folder containing both .PNG and .GIF file versions, both with & without BG.</p>
