This is my first time (I think) posting in a suggestions forum, so if I'm not in the right little sub-area, I apologize!
Recently, I learned about these little guys:

They're an Australian marsupial that has no natural predators where they live, so they're not afraid to approach humans. People love taking selfies with them.

I instantly felt a...kind of kinship with these things, and I thought I remembered a quokka-themed item on here, but what I was remembering was actually the I still adore the pika, but I really think it'd be cool to have some quokka items here on Subeta. There's no practical reason why they should be here, they're just fun and seem really uplifting, haha.
If there's already a quokka-themed item that I somehow missed, please let me know!
I would love to see a minion based on these little guys. They always look so happy! So damn adorable!
Yes! Something like a minion or an HA companion like the jade figurines. I also like the idea of some kind of smiling quokka selfie item, like maybe the companion item would be a picture of a quokka hamming it up for the camera like they do, and then the image that shows with your human avatar would be the actual quokka.
I just think they deserve something. :)
Afraid to turn around in case he lost control of his bike, Cook sped onward. The quokka grabbed his neck and began shrieking in his ear. The bike kept going. The shrieking quokka sank its teeth into Cook’s earlobe and hung there, dead weight, like a large, furry earring. Disoriented, the journalist steered his bike off a cliff into the ocean. Surfacing, he looked around and found the quokka standing on the shore, glaring at him and snarling.
The story seems incredible, but Cook is far from the winsome creature’s only victim. Teddy-bear ears and doe eyes aside, these animals are ready, willing, and able to fend for themselves. Each year, the Rottnest Island infirmary treats dozens of patients—mostly children—for quokka bites.
LOL OMG That is precious.... I would want an army of them....
Oh my... LOL. Of course, as with any wild animal, people need to be careful and respectful when interacting near them. I don't claim that anyone should go up to these little guys irl.
Right?? They're adorable little devils.
Hey they can be as cute as heck in their item image, so long as the description points out that sharks also smile.
Sounds fair enough to me. :) (btw, I love your HA)
I'd never heard of a Quokka before.... but this morning I saw a mention of it on my twitter feed, then spotted this thread - with a coincidence like that, we definitely need a Quokka on the site ;)
