To unlock opponent: Hand in one of every amulet to the Mage i bring to him 9 kind of every amulet in Mage Quests page but didnt get event as oppenent
should i keep refresh until get him or how? thank you to help me

You might have missed one. Hard to say.
It's never a bad thing to turn in amulets so I would say just keep doing it till it happens.

People often forget about life and death mage amulets
