heyo I'm a person who likes to completely change my entire HA look every now and then, im in LOVE with the creativity of subeta's items and the huge amount of possibilities there are with HA customization...

but searching for particular kinds of things is a challenge! The item sets that are things like, cookies that are also wig items, etc, are really cute, but it makes them hard to search- if I'm looking for a wig, I wouldn't think to search for cookies :< the new wardrobe system helps a lot, but I still have trouble sometimes, especially trying to find affordable clothes (wades through a pile of multi-million SP items trying to find a new skirt...)

right now I'm looking for skirts in particular because I'd like something better for this outfit, but if anyone has general outfit-finding recommendations id appreciate !

I was away for a while and sometimes have problems with this too. I have a few tips that might help out:

If you don't have the sp/csc flow, filter out CWs. They're all fucking stunning And will make you sad when you realize you can't get it.

Filter wardrobe items by added to subeta ; typically, newer items are more expensive (save retired items which break this rule) because they haven't been on the site long enough to deflate. You can bypass the first couple of pages this way and for the most part the items further back will have decreased in price.

If you're looking for a particular style of item, I.e for yoU, a skirt, try not searching skirt but instead just perusing ALL bottoms for a moment to see what names might also reference what you're looking for ; for example "drape" "ribbon" "sash" or "wrap" might also bring up skirts that aren't called "skirts". Also maxi, midi or mini.

I sometimes spend time browsing other users wishlists to get an idea of what's out there and what I want too. You'll start to notice certain sets you like and can explore from there (users with large wishlists with a lot of wears are ideal for stalking, id check out the giveaway threads because people receiving gifts there tend to have huge wishlists)

Try browsing by color too If you're looking for a green skirt, try searching lime, green, forest, nature, Apple, grass, etc. More than just skirts will come up but hopefully some things you're interested in will come up as well.

Lastly- ask the experts. It's totally OK to make a thread here looking for a certain type of item (green skirts) and having long time users or wardrobe experts do the work for you. Most people are happy to help.
