I was looking for them for an outfit and was a bit confused since I know I have most of them, but couldn't find them with my other tights. I searched 'tights' and found that they were in the Bottom layer. I think they should be in the Legs layer, along with the other tights in the Bottom layer.

What do you guys think?

EDIT: I didn't know it was a bug, I thought it was on purpose. There was another topic on here about moving the Skull Masks which was on this board for days - maybe more - and only vanished after I posted this... :/
