It took me about two-three weeks, and how I drew their poses was affected by how I imagine their personalities.

This is in order of my favorites-

Snapes is the personification of "awe". He's not technically the youngest of the family but he acts like it. He loves to run around, spending long times laying the sun, and learning new things. He gasps a lot and is to be expected. I drew a gijinka of him before, in which he appeared a stoic, but after making him a chibi, my vision for his personality shifted to one of a child full of pure joy and amazement. I kept his kimono-like clothes because of his long kelp-like fin things of kimono sleeves, and as a nod to the original.

Mayur is a dancer. He doesn't allow his hooves to stop him, dancing is his passion. Ballet is his specialty, and he's renownedly flexible. He loves to decorate himself in gold, and semi-sheer fabrics. He loves being the center of attention but doesn't seek out to be it, only taking centerstage—so to speak—when it is his time. He hates the feeling of having his time cut short, or taken, so he doesn't like to do it to others. When he's not dancing or practicing he loves to spend time with the people he cares about, aka the family. Being seen as the second oldest brother, he takes his role very seriously. Pep-talks are his specialty and does everything in his power to cheer-up people around him who are sad—that is the original reason he took up dance.

Newn is the oldest of big-brotherly siblings. He loves to wear bright colors and wears what he wants, not caring about if it comes off as "feminine" or not. Gender norms mean very little to him, and he does his best to spread positivity to those who need a boost when it comes to how they present themselves. His favorite color is pink, with rainbow being a close second. He gives a metaphorical ear (as he doesn't have any) to anyone that needs it, especially the people in his family. When caught in an awkward situation his go-to move is jazz hands to break the tension.

Hakachi is a set of twin brothers who are unsure of who is actually "Hakachi", as they are more used to being called "Lil shits" than by their actual names. They love causing trouble and pranks are a way of life for them. They are Newn's unofficial younger brothers, and they look up to him with great admiration. They choose to dress identically, which is another reason no one can tell them apart, not even themselves. They have an eye-less snake they found as a pet, despite not having any clue if it is poisonous or not.

These two are also twin brothers, though younger than Hakachi. They know their names, and who they are as individuals but prefer being called by one name. They are very close and become physically distressed when separated, even for short periods of times. They don't speak to many people but do whisper to one another frequently. Like most young boys their age, they love to roughly, which frequently leads them to being hurt. Bruises and scraps are nothing new for these two. They spend a lot of time with Hakachi, learning bad behaviors that Newn has to teach out of them.

Jarielle is the "black sheep" of the family to so to speak. She doesn't speak, rather she uses motions to express what she's trying to say, or she writes her thoughts down. She is fiercely protective of Bunney especially, as she's one of the few people they speak to. She's self-conscious about her looks, but she's learning to love herself more with the help of her brothers. She's the "fun" sister who typically is the one to take her younger siblings shopping and for outings. Her passions are clock making and making clothes/jewelry out of feathers she finds.

The easiest way to describe Sacar is he thinks he's Eros, but he's actually a Dionysus. He tries to act flirty but comes off as a misguidedly innocent instead. He's the youngest of the older brothers (Younger than Newn, Mayur, and Koraki, but older than Hakachi) He loves flowers and frequently decorates his long hair with brightly colored flowers with the help of Newn. He has a passion for the environment and frequently spends his free time planting flowers that attract butterflies and bees. He uses this time to help burn younger brothers' energy, enticing them to help him dig holes for the plants by making a game out of it. He is more of a lover than a fighter, despite being the second strongest in the family (just behind Purrity).

Koraki has a love for Bubblegum-grudge style, leaning more towards bubblegum though. He has a love for candy and simply loves it more than most other food groups. Koraki is the first one picked by the younger ones as a babysit due to his chill nature, and the fact he makes the young ones candy and desserts if they ask him to, even if they hadn't eaten normal food yet. People can find his silence—which is only around people who aren't his family—and his observant nature creepy, but he is truly a sweetheart. He doesn't talk a lot around people who aren't family due to the fact he has a tendency to have a small lisp and talks slowly; habits that he is very self-conscious of, but knows his family won't judge him for.

Damarys is the oldest sister, Just younger than Newn. She is the wisest of the children and prides herself on it. Her idol is the goddess Artemis, and picked up archery, because of it. She has a alter to the moon in her bedroom and becomes very irritated when one of her siblings touch it. She uses her archery skills to hunt food for her family. That paired with Sacar's garden the family rarely needs to buy food (expect for Karaki's baking and candy-making supplies). She spends most morning helping everyone get ready for their days and usually spends her evening helping the younger children clean up and get ready for bed. She's a bit of a night owl and frequently doesn't go to sleep until after everyone has left for the day, and wakes up when they get home for the evening.

Purrity is the father of this mismatched dysfunctional family. He takes care of all his adopted children. His go-to phrases are: "Family is those you choose to be your family." and "Blood doesn't make a family, love does." The family began when he found Newn. Sacar, and Koraki homeless. He offered his home to them and has raised them since. Slowly throughout the years, his family has grown larger and larger, a fact he doesn't mind. He is stoic and rarely lets his kids know he's stressed or in pain. If either is ever bad enough, he'll go to Damarys. He trusts her to help pick up his stack and not let the others know what is actually wrong. He spends most of his off-days meditating, hoping that centering himself with help his problems. Some days he does have a fleeting regret for adopting so many children, but that feeling is always replaced with the undying love he has for them all—quirks and all.

[List of oldest to youngest- Purrity (father), Newn (eldest brother), Damarys (older sister), Mayur (second oldest brother), Koraki (middle oldest brother), Sacar (youngest older brother), Jarielle (younger sister), Hakachi (oldest little ones), Snapes (middle little one), and lastly Bunney (youngest)]

I made my newest baby, Charllotte (also known as "Char" or "Charlie")! She's a curious baby who loves to play but doesn't have the best coordination (possibly because of the multiple eyes, disproportionately large tail, and the holes in her hands and feet). She loves sweets, so Koraki is one of her favorite brothers. Jarielle is super close to her, and is super protective. It's always joked that Charllotte should "lead Jarielle one of her eyes". Charllotte finds this joke really funny, Jarielle doesn't.
