I never get how this game works, does any of you have any tips/a stragety? I always get one block left :/

There's actually a solution key based on a strategy called chasing lights where you remove the lights one row at a time from top to bottom so that only the lights on the bottom row remain. More info can be found on Wikipedia (or by googling "lights out" and "chasing" or something along those lines) ^^
