So I noticed popping up on HAs. After looking it up I learned it comes from donating 1500 food items to Charity, I went and searched my achievements list to see my progress on this one, and I cannot find it anywhere on the list. Am I missing something?

The achievement is called Charitable, and it's in the Fireside tab. I think it might only be available during Fireside.
