It may be a tad early for a bug but, since Veta isn't showing I thought this might be related...
I created my tree and then went and moved items out of my vault to add to my tree, and when I went back to add them, My tree isn't showing. I can technically add more ornaments but I can't see where they are placing on the tree.
I am currently using the latest chrome.

I'm having the same error as you on Chrome, but it seems to work properly for me on Firefox. The other programmers are asleep (it's late for all of us) and I'm actually heading to bed now too so I'm unable to troubleshoot it right now. But we'll look into it tomorrow if the problem persists. For now as a temporary solution I recommend trying Firefox or another browser if you're able, since I've only encountered this in Chrome so far.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I also had this issue in chrome, but clearing my cache seems to have fixed it!

Yup I am on chrome and I was decorating when I was like .. "i think I will reload to add more ornaments" then poof my tree wouldn't load just stays white and shows the list of all the ornaments :D so now I got a tree that is incomplete :P

I was having the same issue (on Chrome) and I can attest that clearing my cache fixed it!
Another Chrome user reporting in that I had the same issue as well, but clearing cache fixed it for me too. Very strange, but at least there is a solution!
alright :) I'll try that when I get home tonight! thanks so much

The browser should be the same regardless of OS (mind you I don't know for sure because I don't own a mac ^^;). In the top left of your browser window there are three dots... click on those, Hover over "More Tools" then select "clear browsing data." Just select "cached images and files."
It would be the same, but I use Safari at home, lol.
Problem is, I just cleared it and it's now sending me back to 'It looks like you haven't picked a tree yet!' which really pisses me off because it took forever to design it how I wanted. Ugh. -_-
Aaaaaand now it's back again...at least kind of. My ornaments are showing their images, but the tree image is gone. Subeta's servers must be having their usual holiday shit fit, lmao.
Are you sure you were still logged in after you cleared your cache? It might have shown you that if you got logged out by the cache clearing. And are you sure you cleared your cache correctly? We actually double-checked our server configuration, based on the specific error messages given by the broken images, but the configuration looks correct on our end. If I were you I'd double-check that you cleared the cache correctly, or just wait until you're on Safari again if you're unfamiliar with Chrome.
For the record, our servers haven't had issues with this holiday at all so far :) The usual problem we have during holidays is lag caused by the increased server strain, but none of that has shown up so far. The problem reported in this thread is unrelated and specific to Lumi trees, and seems to be more related to browser cache than anything on our end :v

I'm having a similar problem on chrome, it only shows 3 ornaments on my tree when I go to edit it, and I can't add more.
Internet Explorer is generally not supported very well anymore by a lot of websites. If you can use another browser instead (such as Firefox or Chrome), that would be recommended to improve your overall internet browsing experience.
Yeah, as mentioned throughout this thread, the problem has only been encountered on the Chrome browser. So it should be fine on your Mac (since you've got Safari there I think)

Had the same problem, but clearing the cache helped. Thanks everyone for the advice!
