I can't login, even resetting the password isn't working because I can't log in with the password it gives me. My account's still there, all my characters are there, I haven't been frozen or disabled or anything as far as I can tell. I tried emailing the support address but it didn't work, I just got an error:

I haven't actually used it in a while, preferring toyhou.se, so is it just not working for anyone anymore? I was hoping to follow someone's story on there since they had a link to their characters from it, but I don't know if they've updated anything recently, maybe the site's just broken. Any ideas?
