It would be great if there would be a way to not add a minion when it's already there. Or that, at least, there would be an option to show only those of which you have multiples in the zoo. It's pretty frustrating, because I use shop stock and it adds all the minions automatically to the zoo, even when I don't want to have more than one of each there.
Another thing which would be great would be a kind of a sorting system... where you could check the minions by type (for example: owl-like minions, bunny minions, etc..). Because right now there are only pages and pages of them and it's hard to enjoy it.
Also: minion zoo achievements!
I don't think the achievements will happen, unless they're for specific type of minion [hens, cats,..]. Im certain that having _____amount of minions won't happen because this means hoarding, something staff tries hard to move away from.
as for the other 2 suggestions, i'm meh since i don't really use this feature. But i do think we have the option to create our own categories, to sort the minions... Im not 100% sure though.
I really have to update my blog ObscureJourney and my review site BeingObscure. French speakers can read my reviews here.
There is a way to search Minion Zoo, but no categories.. You cannot group your Birdwatching Birds or your Snow Fairies, they're by alpha only.
If Minion battling gets implemented, then it will be useful to have multiple copies.
When the GA quickstock feature was Beta I did complain about it putting them all in. That it does this is apparently an intended feature, sorry.
I'm all for hoarding achievements. Support. I like the idea of having multiple minions in the zoo so Id like the option to know if a minion is already there.

More achievements would be nice! I would also like to know if a minion is already in the zoo as I am about to start collecting them.
Stacking would be amazing.
I think the original idea behind the zoo was to include some sort of battling system thus the ability to have multiples of a minion. While the zoo is split into pages, that still eats up a lot of list space for anyone that puts every minion they get in there.
But what if it worked like the Quick Stock stacking?
If we have 150 snowballs in our inventory QS shows "Snowball +" and give us the options to expand the list to see 150 individual snowballs and choose what to do with them. Why couldn't it work in a similar way with the zoo?
It'd still leave the ability to see and choose each separate minion (and the ability to add in and see the stats for each should the battling ever become a thing).
Or even like sticker stacking! Stack and unstack as we need or see fit.
No idea how hard this would be to code though.
