I was just seeing what the new add ons for profiles were, but unfortunately, the two add ons I tried to put on my profile have placed themselves where my HA goes, so the alignment is now off. I can't seem to get rid of it either. They don't drag off to the bottom part of my custom cc, and I also no longer have the code to my layout, so I don't want to delete my layout and then put it back up again. Is there anyway to delete those two things without messing with the layout code?

what you could do is:

1. go to your profile code here, cut/paste it somewhere else (like notepad/wordpad/etc)
2. save it with the Profile Text box empty
3. go to your profile, delete/rearrange the boxes as you wish
4. go back to that page in the first link, and paste it in again

things should return to normal.

The problem is that my profile code no longer shows up when I go to User Options. I thought to do that at first, but saw that the code is not there.

Ah okay, i see what you mean! i've managed to find the layout code - it's hidden in one of the "blank sections" underneath your HA, instead of the "profile".

the best way to go about it, i'd think, with the code that you have is to take the steps below. that way, you can access the code in the future, and won't have to go through this process again.

1. go to your Preferences page and hit "Reset Profile".
2. go to Edit Your Profile and remove/add the sections so it is set up like this. ignore the content within "Profile" and "Blank Section"--we'll get to that next, as we already have the codes saved.

3. edit your Blank section, and copy-paste in your About Me snippet from above.
4. edit your Profile section, and copy-paste in the layout code from the link above.

that should be it! in the future, should you have any issues moving sections around, you can then go to User Options and copy/remove/paste that code to tweak the sections to your liking.

*also yes - despite column 1 technically being on the left side without the code, it actually appears to the right, with the code applied.
