as the subject states... any tips? Can't use my scrolls it seems booooo
I went into that battle with four attackers, a freezer, a healer, and two blasters. Two attackers were maxed out with parched baguette crystals to minimize her freezing, the other with critical strike tear crystals to improve odds of crits. I believe I used Cronus + ME for parched, Manifesting Weapon+ Malhuilli for crits.
If I'm not mixing the matter up given the past couple hundred battles, I believe she can be frozen. So Cronus+IEH turn one, Soma Tablets+Recycle Blaster turn two, MW+Malhuilli turn three-five, Cronus+ME to renew blessing, repeat. That's probably not at all the ideal strategy but it is what got me through ten wins, albeit it was close. Having to fight through her 50-80% healers is the main chore with that battle, so just pray you hit them with the blasters.
~ Thanks! My pet is a T11 and my set is not as impressive... I will have to see if I can scrape a plan together with what I have, thanks :)
Aah, yeah I'm not sure what I could suggest for a T11, sorry. Good luck beating her.
I did fine with Paintbrush Blades and Blessed Trident, both useable at t11. I also used the same "get freezing protection up fast fast fast" and then when the protection is up "use my other two weapons with all crits attached" strategy. I also kept all three curse shrines in my working Armory. It doesn't help to set them up when she's near the top of her total HP, but when she's near the bottom that extra kick can kill her dead before she gets another turn to heal.
You probably won't make it to win 10 because that was a barely thing for me with my t13 pet Magie, but I think you can get fifth win drop.
~ hmmm, I might be able to work with that... I have Blessed Trident but not the other. Could you explain the rest more simply? for my simple mind lol like "get freezing protection up fast fast fast"??? and "I also kept all three curse shrines in my working Armory" what are they?
I would be thrilled to get to five wins!
many folks would put some bona/parches in their mod slots and some crits in their mod slots at the same time. If your speed is much greater than who you are fighting, this is fine. But if you need to not get frozen then you should fight with the weapons that have max freeze defense chocked in.
With the Lady you really really don't wanna get frozen. It give her an extra turn to heal hers
I have four weapons against her. Two are somewhat defensive and block her icons and have freezing protection entirely. The PBB is an excellent choice, because it blocks a lot. The other two will attach her hard with lots of the same icons, and have crits all chocked in.
Once the blessing of the bona or the parched is up, then you can fight with two other weapons, those two weapons then would have all crits chocked in. This way when you hit her you hit her hard.
Shrine of Azagga, Shrine of Nukum, and Captured Eternal Flame have long lasting curses against your opponent. You give up half your turn in order to set them off, and then they go until they run out causing damage that cannot be blocked. They will do this curse damage even if you have to spend a turn healing if the Lady does 'get you'.
Normally giving up half your turn sucks. But since she heals like a motherfucker, it may not matter that you lost half your turn anyways.
If she's near top health, this won't matter at all, and you wasted your chance. But if she stomps you bad enough when she's got low health, it's worth setting these off while you heal. This way she has no relief, and boy you don't want to give her any.
Similarly, sometimes its worth it when you know you don't have any freeze protection up, to fire off a one use major protection spell like Exodin or Cobalt. Otherwise if you are using your two crit chocked weapons, pick a scroll that hits hard.
Right now, I have 6 wins in on her, but I lost the first couple of times. Don't give up, because her loot really is worth it!
In my set at the time of beating her: Recycle Blaster; Intricate Energized Helmet; Natasha; Paintbrush Blades; Phoenix Qull; Reviver of the Lion; Shinwas Temple Shard; and Volatile Energized Mecha.
I used the helmet first turn to freeze her before she got a chance to put up anything that could stop me from doing so, and the Recycle Blaster in hopes of getting rid of some healing stuff she had. Second turn was Volatile Energized Mecha to boost my stats up some along with Paintbrush blades. From there, I used Paintbrush Blades as well as Natasha as my main weapons, and used my once per battle healers are needed.
This battle may take some patience (as I found out) since she heals herself a lot, but it's worth it! Good luck!

~ Thank you for the tips!!! Ugh... I don't have of those (the expensive ones), need to work on that :)
You're very welcome. I think one thing you have in your favor is time to build your stats to defeat her, as well. I think LotW will be in the coliseum until some time in December. If I'm remembering, last year during the black Friday sale I was able to pick up some stat boosters in addition to my usual battle questing. And right now, with the battle coliseum reset, we can also earn exp from all the opponents there.
In my opinioin, Paintbrush Blades and Natasha are worth saving up for, because they are really useful against several opponents later on. What I've done to earn some extra sP recently is sell some of the battle loot I didn't need or want since we can battle all opponents again. :)
