I noticed this last week. I have enough sP to not be able to do them, but I can now. (boyfriend is making me ask about this bug and now I’m bummed because I don’t wanna lose those precious extra quest points, lol)

Oh gosh, thank you! I have more sP than that, but I just read the bit about new accounts less than six months old doing her quests regardless of sP, which mine is. :P
