User: Prefers to be called: Atomic is fine. I hate my real name so I never use it unless I have to. I also go by Squid. Pronouns: He/him works for me here. I've never considered using they/them as preferred pronouns but now I wonder if that might be a good way to go in real life (can't pull off male pronouns IRL). So they/them is fine with me here too. Things I Like: Nerdy science stuff (esp. nuclear physics, chemistry, geology, astronomy, electronics), cephalopods, dogs, winter/snow, tofu, games (Metroid, Fallout, Pokemon), reading, music (industrial, metal, classical), languages, history, collecting things, exploring places. Tons of stuff. The universe is full of fascinating things. Things I Don't Like: Loud noises. I'm tokophobic and also really dislike babies/small children so please avoid topics like that with me, haha. Being in wet clothing. Having chronic pain!! Being hot/sweaty. Being in a situation where I am unable to sit down for a long period of time! Onions. Poor hygiene.
Notes: I'm dealing with some social anxiety and my communication can be lacking because of it. I used to have a huge problem with it years ago and improved immensely but unfortunately having chronic pain for 2 years has aggro'd the anxiety beast once more! I may not be the best at keeping replies going, but I swear I am friendly and truly do enjoy talking and making friends. :)
