I tend to plant seeds here and end up forgetting to water them. I was thinking that maybe if you could set a alert like we do for the raffle etc, that it would be easier for users to remember their seeds and to start planting more often. I

An alert would be the opposite of the Veta Gardens game. In order to get plants to live you need to pay attention to them, and that's what the lack of the alert represents. Fantine's Baking, is similarly abstracted. We don't play a flash game to stir measure decorate and mix,like one would in RL users just combine, and wait any time longer than the bake time and magically this results in something a virtual pet would eat.
