I've evidently totally spaced on how to get this skin. I thought it was one of the zapper skins but I just got the message while attempting to use the bribe zapper that I've gotten all of the available skins available (yay) but now I can't remember how to get this one.

I checked subetalodge and it's not listed as one of the Pandemic options either.

It was a fireside skin, I think

It's from a Fireside achievement. You need to be burned by the red rreign 100 times for it.
