Just like we can purchase the individual items, there should be an option just to purchase the chest item itself at a lower cost, without the option for opening, for treasure chests.

For instance, I only want the Beaten Up Backpack for my pet's treasure. I don't want the items inside. Thoughts?

This might be difficult because some of the actual trunks have a full outfit on the trunk you get without opening it.

I'd love this! Maybe they could be Replica trunks? They could be buyable separately and included when you open a trunk so no matter what you have the option of having the trunk image.

I paid full price for the trunks that also happened to be books. I definitely understand the sentiment of it, however, I would still like to see it only discounted. Like still be more expensive in CSC than the most expensive piece in there. I would personally be ok if they were at 250 CSC like a collection item then.

So there would be a discounted option of just getting everything in the trunk for 500, and then the trunk item only option for 250 CSC.
