Quests offering up "you are not on a Quest"

I've gotten it several times in the last couple of days from different quests. I thought it was just me at first but the items from those quests are still in my inventory. Also am getting the 5 second error quicker and without the Quest Error NPC.

I've had that happen before, but I think it's just that we might be clicking a bit faster than the games are registering.
