I know about the random ToT change, and the fact you need to refresh, but is this affecting personal ToT links as well? I see the links in people's signature on the forums (so the "tot = username" ones), and even when refreshing (even hard refresh) the page those links are on, I still get: "Oh No! Oh no, you've got an invalid link!" .
To further clarify:
Leaving the page, refreshing, hard refreshing, still gives the error on the forums tot link, but not on the notepad link. Both are using the tot = username code. So something isn't working right there.
[edit] It seems to be on and off. After a while it suddenly works again, and then the error appears again.
I have also been experiencing that problem all night. I dont know what happened...but I hope it gets looked into :( Im having the same problem with the random tot, the notepad links in my sidebar and in the forums all giving me invalid links randomly :(

I clicked this thread, read the first post, clicked 's TOT link in the signature (took me to https://subeta.net/profile.php?act=trickortreat&usern=Evy&tl=MTUwODY4MzMyOA%3D%3D), and got "Oh No! Oh no, you've got an invalid link!" - I'm guessing it's down to the 'gibberish' code at the end expiring faster than it should?

It's because forum post content is on a big cache.
Forum signatures, user profiles, and the site homepage should work (and do appear to be working) - I pushed a change for this about an hour ago. I suggest placing the link in your forum signature since those should always be valid.
Locking since it was fixed.
